Why we lead with the timeline

The single most common reason a microbiome supplement gets abandoned is that it was judged at day ten — during the exact window when added fermentable fibre makes bloating worse rather than better. A page that sells you a 180-day supply without telling you that is setting you up to feel cheated. So we put the timeline near the top, before the price.

What we check before we publish

• Every dose comes off the product's own Supplement Facts panel, not the sales copy.
• Every price is read from the official checkout on the day we publish, and we do not print a struck-through ‘was’ price we cannot stand behind.
• Testimonials are reproduced word for word from the manufacturer's page and labelled as unverified, or they are left out.
• Where a dose is below what the research used, we say so on the same page that asks you to buy.
